Refunds, in plain terms
- You get a full refund if you cancel before OTDZEN starts work on your request. Our Terms count request-specific quote analysis as starting work, so once OTDZEN has analyzed your first quote or document, the $19 is generally non-refundable.
- If you're charged in error or charged twice, or a technical problem on our side keeps you from using what you paid for, email quotes@otdzen.com. We may issue a full or partial refund or a service credit.
